Everything from the inspection, and from the work that follows it, goes into one file that stays with you: dated images and readings, our written recommendation, copies of the licensed contractor's license and insurance certificate, photos before, during and after, and the completion certificate with the warranty period. Useful for your home insurance, a future claim, or when you sell the house.
We report measurements — we are not public adjusters and do not file claims. Mold assessment and remediation require a New York State licensed contractor, and we do not offer them.
