Why it’s free

• We don’t sell you the work — so there is nothing for us to inflate.
• You take the design — the rendering and the finishes you picked — to any licensed contractor you choose, and their bids can finally be compared like for like.
• We’re not selling you anything right now. Want more help after that? We’ll help with planning the design, choosing finishes and comparing bids from licensed contractors.

Design help is advice, not construction. The rendering shows how the room can look — it is not a guaranteed result. Our Rockland County home improvement license is in process; until it is issued, the work itself is contracted directly between you and a licensed contractor.
